He spent 15 years serving automotive industry before turning his skills available to others. Having started as process engineer, he practiced operational industry (process, production, supply chain, continuous improvement) and forged a mind set of customer orientation, results orientation, shared successes. For Valeo Wipers system branch, he contributed to the complete transformation of a production plant allowing its sustainability. At Autoliv, as supplier quality manager for the European Steering Wheel activity, he developed a supplier network based on openness, honesty and trust. He constantly practiced the Quick Response thru it’s spirit and it’s methodology like QRQC at Valeo.
Passionate about human relationships and convinced that human is always the key to success and system often the cause of failure, he constantly strives to find the condition of success in organization through simple processes serving autonomous and motivated teams.
